What can I expect in the consultation?
The 15 minute zoom consultation is a chance for us to get to know each other. We’ll talk about what brings you to therapy, your goals, and any questions you have. It’s also a time for you to see if you feel comfortable working with me.
How long are sessions, and how often do we meet?
Sessions are typically 50 minutes long and are usually held once a week, though we can adjust the frequency based on your needs and progress.
Do you offer in-person or virtual sessions?
I offer virtual sessions only. All sessions are conducted securely online through a HIPAA-compliant video platform, allowing you to attend therapy from the comfort and privacy of your own space
